Here is a roundup of Mother’s Day brunch San Diego 2024 offerings as well as lunch, dinner and events by restaurants, hotels and businesses. You can find some ideas for Mother’s Day below and I have included the menus whenever available. Mother’s Day is Sunday, March 12, 2024.

Bronze Bird
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a splendid brunch buffet at Bronze Bird. Assorted mini desserts complete the experience. Reservations are recommended. Priced at $60 per adult, $30 per child. Limited a la carte menu also available.

Town and Country Resort
Taking place on Sunday, May 12 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., locals can celebrate mom with an indulgent brunch buffet at Town and Country Resort’s signature restaurant, ARLO. The buffet will feature a raw bar, Santa Maria Grill station and brunch favorites such as vanilla scented French toast, pan seared chicken scallopini, sausage and chicken strata, fresh baked pastries, and more. Price: $90 for adults; $30 for children ages 5 – 12; and free for kids 4 years and under.
The Westgate Hotel
Locals can treat mom to an afternoon tea experience at The Westgate Hotel on May 1-5 and 8-12, from 1-5 p.m. on weekdays and 2-4 p.m. on weekends. The Mother’s Day Tea will feature freshly brewed tea, a selection of tea sandwiches, handmade pastries, French macarons and cakes, all enjoyed to the gentle serenading of a live harpist. Moms will also enjoy a special take-home gift to remember the afternoon. Price: $74 for adults, $39 for children and complimentary for infants 1 & under.
CUCINA urbana
Whisk mom away to brunch at CUCINA urbana, where Executive Chef Tim Kolanko has crafted a decadent prix-fixe menu for the special day. Whether mom-and-me-duo or a whole family affair, pass around some light delights like mini butter croissants and strawberry yogurt parfaits, before diving into second- and third-course standouts like smoked salmon pizzetta, lobster cappelletti with trout roe, and short rib shakshuka. End mom’s meal on a sweet note with add-on dessert options including a limoncello mousse tart or chocolate budino.

The Cottage
The Cottage, a San Diego brunch institution for over three decades, will be hosting moms (and mom-adjacent caregivers) to a complimentary round of bubbly, served with a splash of fresh-squeezed OJ, at both its La Jolla and Encinitas locations. Toast to mom while Executive Chef Kyle Kenny dishes up a lavish lobster omelet special, served with roasted tomatoes, caramelized shallots, shaved asparagus, and housemade béarnaise sauce. Or, opt for any of The Cottage’s homestyle classics— from french toast and pancakes to benedicts, scrambles, and just about everything in between.
Seaport Fudge Factory
Seaport Fudge Factory, nestled within Seaport Village, is offering an assortment of gift-worthy dessert boxes filled with treats like fresh-dipped strawberries, chocolate-drizzled madeleines, pastel-hued macarons, and more. Avoid last-minute panic and holiday traffic, with pre-order and pickup now through Sunday, May 12th.
