Ingredients:
- 1.5oz E11EVEN Vodka
- .75oz Pom Pomegranate
- .75oz Sage Syrup
- .75oz Lemon Juice
- 3oz Soda Water
- Sage Sprig + Pomegranate
- Seeds for garnis
Directions: Combine all ingredients minus the soda in a footed pilsner glass. Add crushed ice and give it a nice swizzle to mix and chill. Add soda and more ice if required. Garnish and enjoy.

Spicy Watermelon Cucumber Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Ghost Tequila
- .75oz Lime Juice (to taste)
- .50oz Cucumber Syrup
- .75oz Watermelon Puree
Directions: Measure and pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into ice-filled, Tajín Salt Rim glass.

- 2 oz Tanqueray Gin
- 1 oz Hibiscus Raspberry Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon
- Prosecco top
Directions: Measure and pour Gin, Hibiscus Raspberry, and Lemon juice in a tin shaker. Shake well for 15 seconds and strain into flute glass. Top with Prosecco.

- .5 oz St. Germaine
- .25 oz Citric acid
- 4 oz Mio Sake
- 1 dash plum bitters
