Ghost Tequila Spicy Mango Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Ghost Tequila
- 1.5 oz Mango Puree
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Agave Syrup
- Garnish: Tajín Salt Rim, Lime Wedge
Directions: Measure and pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigously. Strain into ice-filled, Tajín Salt Rim glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lime wedge.

Vitolo Mulberry Street Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Don Julio Reposado
- .75 oz Lime
- .5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- .75 oz Prickly pear syrup
Directions: Add ingredients into tin shaker, shake well, strain into rock glass. Fill with ice and garnish.

Catch Steak Su Casa Marg
Ingredients:
- 1oz Su Casa Mezcal
- 1oz Mango “Sangrita”
- .5oz Lustau Fino Sherry
- .5oz Agave
- .75oz Lime
- 1-2 slices jalapenos (depending on spice level)
Directions: Pour ingredients (1oz Su Casa Mezcal, 1 oz sangrita, .5 oz Sherry, .5 oz Agave, .75 oz lime, and 2 jalapeno slices) into shaker tins. Add ice and shake aggressively. Double strain into glass.

Sweet Liberty Avocado Margarita
Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz. Ocho Plata
- .25 oz. Vago Elote mezcal
- .5 oz. Ancho Reyes Verde
- .25 oz. Cointreau
- .25 oz. Chareau aloe liqueur
- 1 oz. avocado puree
- .5 oz. lime
- .5 oz. agave nectar
- 2 dashes saline
Directions: Build ingredients in a tin shaker with ice. Shake and strain on a large ice cube in an etched rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel resting on ice with cracked pepper.

Giselle Close to Midnight
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Thai chilli Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
- Top with Grapefruit Soda
- Garnish with Tajin and Cilantro leaf clipped
Directions: Add all ingredients into a tin, shake, and serve over 1 large Thai Chilli Ice cube, garnish with half rim of Tajin, and clip a cilantro leaf to the glass.

Marion Miami Mexican Standoff
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Don Julio blanco
- .25 oz. mezcal
- .25 yuzu-shiso cordial
- .25 oz ginger liqueur
- .75 oz syrup
- 4 dashes grapefruit bitters
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour straight from the blender into glass and garnish with lime wheel and sprinkling of Tajin + small straw.
