Rosevale Kitchen is elevated American dining done in classic Manhattan style. The menu is filled with approachable, feel-good dishes that highlight global flavors and the freshest locally-sourced ingredients.
Menu highlights include Steak Tartare – minced sirloin with Thai larb flavors served with shrimp chips; Hudson Valley Steelhead Trout – pan-roasted, served atop succotash salad and crushed tomato passata; Duck a l’Orange with wilted napa cabbage and five spice orange duck jus; and The Rosevale Burger – a griddled short rib and brisket patty with gruyere cheese, mushrooms, truffle aioli, pickled shallots, cornichons and beef fat fries.
Rosevale Kitchen has a dedicated Broadway pre-fix menu dedicated to getting you in and out to your show within an hour.

IRIS
Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Chef John Fraser explores the cuisine of the Aegean at IRIS.
At IRIS, Fraser draws upon his Greek heritage and deep admiration for Turkish cuisine to create a menu that suggests a sense of place, while leaving room for innovation and imagination in flavor, texture and presentation.

The Aegean orientation is carried over to the wine program, curated by Beverage Director Amy Racine, who fields an extensive Greek selection, the largest array of Turkish wine in New York City, as well as New and Old World classics.
Situated on the corner of Broadway & 55th, IRIS is located at the apex of Central Park South, Times Square, and the Theater District, as well as Carnegie Hall.
It welcomes theatergoers, concert attendees, locals and visitors to the city, and those who just finished a leisurely stroll in the park.
Terrace and Outdoor Gardens at Edition Times Square
The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens is a casual and elegant dining destination inspired by the French brasseries and American chophouses chef & restaurateur John Fraser worked at early in his career.
The hearty menu includes homemade pastas, steaks and chops as well as a variety of vegetable dishes, always a signature of Fraser’s restaurants.

Vegetable-forward menu highlights include mushroom carpaccio, vegan carrot bolognese, and a vibrant broccoli cacio e pepe.
Hidden Leaf
Hidden Leaf opened its doors at 75 Manhattan West Plaza in early July.
The beautiful standalone restaurant tucked inside the exciting, new performance venue Midnight Theatre, features a pan-Asian menu created by Executive Chef Chai Trivedi (Pranna, Tamarind, Buddakan, Eventi Hotel).

Internationally renowned bartender Iain Griffiths, co-founder of the wildly acclaimed and influential Dandelyan and White Lyan bars in London, is making their first permanent foray into the NYC drinks scene with Hidden Leaf’s bar and its street level companion, an intimate aperitivo bar called Midnight Cafe.
