Father’s Day Washington DC 2023: Restaurant Special Menus
Fairmont Washington, D.C
Juniper Restaurant, at Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown, is honoring all Dads on their special day with its annual Brew & BBQ. On Sunday, June 18 from 11am until 2pm, Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo, Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley and Juniper Chef Edward Agnew are firing up the grills for a special Father’s Day BBQ.
In addition to Juniper’s Sunday brunch menu, all Dads and their families will enjoy Juniper’s live grilling station. Seating is available inside or in Juniper’s Courtyard.

Assorted toppings and house-made BBQ Sauces accompany all of the above. Great Northern baked beans, corn-on-the-cobb, Texas loaded potato salad, baked potato, corn bread and salads are great side dishes.
Save room for Executive Pastry Claus Olsen’s family-style desserts: Oreo Cream and Cookie Cheesecake, Banoffee Tart, Caramel Brownies, Orange Zested Blondies, Nanaimo Bars and Lemon Tart Meringue.
Dad’s Brew & BBQ, priced at $42 for adults, includes two beers per person. Children 12 and younger is offered at $19 per person. Tax and gratuities are not included, Reservations are available through Open Table at: Juniper.

Opaline Bar & Brasserie
Opaline Bar & Brasserie is celebrating all fathers on their special day with Filibuster Distillery whiskey flights. On Sunday, June 18th from 4pm until 9:30pm, guests will enjoy award-winning flights of whiskey from Virginia-based Filibuster Distillery. The three, one ounce whiskey flights are available for $33 and include:
Single Estate Bourbon: Filibuster Single Estate Bourbon is one of the finest whiskeys released to date. This special, 2019 limited-edition release was created from one farm, one distillery and one barrel in order to achieve the ultimate bold yet balanced flavor.
Dual Cask Bourbon: Filibuster Dual Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey pushes traditional bourbon aging methods to a new level through its dual cask process. Finished in French Oak barrels, this bourbon enhances the caramel and vanilla nuances as well as adds complexity to the overall taste.
Boondoggler Whiskey: Filibuster Boondoggler Whiskey is far from traditional. Finished in five different barrels, this expression takes unique qualities from its aging process to form a complex yet well-balanced liquid. The wholly approach makes this whiskey neither a bourbon nor a rye.
Executive Chef Kevin Lalli will offer Opaline’s French-style menu for all fathers and their families.
Filibuster Distillery was originally based in Washington, DC, not far from the Capitol Building (hence the name), before moving to Virginia. It is a woman and minority-owned distillery that prides itself on strong character and freedom of expression. The company has been known for their “Dual Cask” process, which is a secondary aging step finishing their whiskey in wine-seasoned French oak barrels. They take this a step farther with their Boondoggler Whiskey and finish it in five(!) different barrels
Atlas Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room
The Atlas Brew Works team will celebrate Father’s Day by offering a complimentary beverage to any guest that makes their team members laugh with a cheesy dad joke. From 1pm to 6pm on Sunday, June 18, tell a team member at Atlas Ivy City Brewery & Tap Room a great dad joke and get a free drink if they laugh. Grab a glass of Atlas’ World Beer Cup gold medal-winning Silent Neighbor or any of the other solar-powered brews. Limit one drink per customer.
Also on June 18, guests are invited to come out for Atlas Ivy City’s monthly Makers Market. From 1pm to 5pm, browse vintage, vinyl, and everything in between while supporting local entrepreneurs. Vendors consist of like-minded sustainable stewards and are mostly women and minority-owned businesses.
Matchbox
Matchbox (Penn Quarter, Pentagon City, Reston, Capitol Hill, One Loudoun, Mclean, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, Merrifield) is offering a Father’s Day brunch on June 17-19. They are offering ribeye. grilled or cajun style and topped with two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and a side of crispy brunch potatoes.
Hard Rock Cafe – Washington, DC
Hard Rock Cafe – Washington, DC is offering a Father’s Day menu on June 16-18.
Smoked Old Fashioned: Wood-Smoked High West Whiskey, house-made brown sugar simple syrup, cherry bitters and a Filthy® cherry. Priced at $15.

Redstone American Grill – National Harbor
Redstone American Grill – National Harbor MD is offering a Father’s Day brunch buffet on June 18 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Priced at $52.95 per adult, $19.95 per child ages 6-12 and free for kids ages 5 & under.
Blend 111
Blend 111 (Vienna VA) is offering a Father’s Day brunch on June 18. Priced at $75 per person.
Certo
Certo!, the new casual Italian-style cuisine restaurant in the heart of DC’s Dupont Circle neighborhood. They will offer complimentary Bloody Marys to dads this Sunday to celebrate Father’s Day!
Certo! also is offering at dining experience featuring an appetizer to share, two entrées, a dessert and a 1/2 bottle of wine priced at $52 per person.
Truluck’s
This Father’s Day weekend (June 16-18), Truluck’s will serve a light and summery twist on an Old Fashioned made with bourbon, mandarin lime, cardamom infusion, and bitters ($15). The “Dad Fashioned” specialty cocktail is handcrafted for our beloved Fathers only on the weekend of June 16. Truluck’s menu is filled with entrees Dad’s will love like their mouth-watering Surf & Turf, Prime King Crab Legs, and Miso-Glazed Seabass. Reservations are recommended and can be made via OpenTable or by calling the location of your choosing.
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood
Eddie V’s is indulging Dad with an 11-ounce Snake River Farms Gold Label Wagyu Strip Steak, available exclusively in-restaurant for Father’s Day. Top off an exceptional celebration with a special pour of a limited-edition batch of Eddie V’s single barrel select Blanton’s Bourbon, available as an enhancement and only found at Eddie V’s restaurants. As a gift from Eddie, Dad will receive a highly sought-after collectible Blanton’s topper by request. Eddie V’s will be open early for Father’s Day, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with live music in the V Lounge from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the full dinner menu available all day.
The Capital Grille
The Capital Grille is helping guests treat Dad to expertly prepared steaks that are dry aged in-restaurant and hand-cut by the in-house butcher. This year, Dads can enjoy a 20-ounce 30-Day Dry Aged NY Strip with Shaved Black Summer Truffles and Truffle Demi, available exclusively in-restaurant for Father’s Day. Try a spin on their classic sides by adding truffles as an enhancement to dishes including Lobster Mac and Cheese and Sam’s Mashed Potatoes. To ensure a perfect pairing for Father’s Day dinner, Caymus will be available to order by the glass. The Capital Grille will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at most locations with the full dinner menu available all day.
2941 Restaurant
2941 Restaurant (Church) is offering a Father’s Day 3-course prix-fixe lunch menu on June 18. Priced at $105 per person.
Station 4
Station 4 is offering a Father’s Day brunch on June 18. Priced at $60 per person. Indulgent brunch extravaganza, featuring a bottomless selection of perfectly chilled Mimosas and robust Bloody Marys.

Ellington Park Bistro is offering a Father’s Day brunch on June 18 from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Smoke & Mirrors
Smoke & Mirrors will be serving their full brunch menu on Sunday, June 18th, in addition to a Steak & Bourbon special to celebrate Father’s Day. From 11:30 am to 3 pm, guests at the expansive rooftop restaurant and lounge will be able to enjoy a special ribeye prep paired with a range of bourbon cocktails.
The Drunken Ribeye is marinated in Jack Daniels and grilled to perfection, paired with a rustic warm potato salad and roasted asparagus. Smoke & Mirrors’ team of bartenders will be pouring selections including a Strawberry Whiskey Lemonade (whiskey, strawberry syrup, lemon), Peachy Keen (Old Scout Smoke & Mirrors Blend, white peach puree, demerara sugar, lemon juice, and St. Germain), and Bourbon Buzz (bourbon, kahlua, espresso).

L’Auberge Chez Francois and Jacques’ Brasserie (Great Falls) is offering a Father’s Day menu on June 18. They’ve included their favorites, an “oh so fresh” La Salade de l’Auberge, Organic mesclun salad & garden crudités, picked right from our own on site gardens, and popular vinaigrette maison.
Next up is the delectable and Classic Lobster Thermidor, 2- 1½ lb. Maine Lobsters, Crème Cognac Sauce, Cheese Medley & Garden Vegetables. Finish the meal with Chef Pascal’s Chocolate Mousse Gateau.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill
Treat the dad in your life to an Italian surf n’ turf this Father’s Day with a limited time special at Carrabba’s Italian Grill! The restaurant is also kicking off Father’s Day early with a one-of-a-kind, chef-crafted Aged to Perfection Bourbon Pairing Dinner Experience hosted on Wednesday, June 14 starting at 6:30 pm for $65 a person.This expertly curated event will highlight the sweetness and warmth of bourbon, paired with the flavors of Italy.
Course One: Antipasti: Prosciutto, fontina cheese, olives, grilled focaccia bread, chopped burrata, chocolate curls and fig jam. Paired with Knob Creek Old Fashioned.
Course Two: Truffle Cacio e Pepe with Shrimp: Penne pasta with fresh cracked black pepper, romano, parmesan and truffle oil, topped with wood-grilled shrimp. Paired with Bulleit Bourbon.
Course Three: Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye with Rosemary Browned Butter: 12oz ribeye grilled with our signature Mr. C’s Grill Baste, olive oil and herbs, topped with rosemary browned butter and a side of gorgonzola cheese sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Paired with Basil Hayden.
Course Four: Chocolate Budino with Salted Caramel: Rich chocolate pudding topped with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and drizzled with salted caramel sauce. Paired with Elijah Craig Small Batch.
