Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar, the premier destination for sports fans and foodies, is now accepting reservations as anticipation builds toward its June 10, 2023, grand opening at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
The third iteration of Carver Road Hospitality’s acclaimed Flanker brand, the 8,445-square-foot restaurant and bar offers a dynamic new viewing experience for sports fans.

Enhanced American classics on the menu created by Chef Daniel Ontiveros, Carver Road Hospitality’s corporate executive chef, include: the Pretzel Dog sausage wrapped in puff pastry; the “FFC” Flanker Fried Chicken Bucket; Cod Father fish and chips; Tailgate Nachos; and Lobster Corn Dogs. Burger offerings include Flanker’s Truffle Burger; Thunderbird turkey burger; Flanker-1 Western brisket and short rib blend; the Wagyu Smash Burger; and a “Burger of the Month” offering. Flanker’s boozy shakes options include the Sea Salt Smores shake; Key Lime Pie; and The Elvis Presley with banana bourbon whiskey, caramelized banana, peanut butter ice cream, and crispy bacon.
The specialty cocktail menu features a number of house mojito options, margaritas, Old Fashioneds, and more.
Flanker’s selection of draft and bottled beer is among the largest on The Strip.
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar is located adjacent to Mandalay Bay’s casino near the walkway to Allegiant Stadium and the entrance to The Shoppes at Mandalay Place.
The restaurant also features a walk-up takeout window for fans to grab on-the-go bites, including The Glizzy Dog prime beef hot dog; Flanker Fried Hot Chicken Sando; and a variety of drinks, snacks, and small bites for younger fans.
Conceived as a fan-focused experience, a ceiling lighting design – inspired by the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix track at night – guides guests through the main dining room and towards its massive 30-foot long by nine-foot-tall LED viewing screen.
Flanker boasts LED screens throughout its six distinct dining areas, including a bar and lounge, three private dining suites accommodating 20, 40, or 60 guests, a “secret” 20-seat karaoke and gameday viewing suite ideal for group dining and intimate events, and a 24-seat dining patio.
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
