Five Sails offers a top notch afternoon tea experience in an elegant setting with impressive, beautifully crafted and delicious sweet and savoury items. The price is very reasonable considering the scenic location and the quality of the items offered. I definitely recommend an afternoon tea experience at Five Sails.

Neverland Tea Salon

Neverland Tea Salon (3066 W Broadway) is a charming Kitsilano destination where you can find fanciful treats and beautiful sweets in their whimsical, creative and delicious themed high teas.

Alice in Wonderland themed, European High Tea Breakfast Tower, and High Tea to Go are just some of their fun offerings.

They are also one of the rare afternoon tea spots that caters to different dietary needs including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and so forth.

Notch8 at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Notch8 (900 W Georgia St) at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver may be known for their classic afternoon tea sets, but in fact they have been offering unique themed afternoon teas with an immersive experience.

Think chocolate decorated walls for a Chocolate Laboratory theme; cherry blossoms trees for a Cherry Blossom Theme; and so forth.

The afternoon teas take place in their exclusive dining room inside Notch8. Check their website or social media for the current theme as they change seasonally.

H Tasting Lounge at Westin Bayshore

H Tasting Lounge (1601 Bayshore Dr) at the Westin Bayshore is a chic spot in a hotel to enjoy a delicious afternoon tea set presented on a cute golden Ferris wheel.

Their afternoon tea sets showcase cuisine inspired by the Victorian and Belle Époque eras of England and France.

La Petite Cuillere

Established in 2012, La Petite Cuillère tea house (55 Kingsway) is an iconic establishment in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of Vancouver. Guests love the vintage decor contrasted with over-the-top plush neon pink velvet seating.

It’s a popular spot for bridal showers, birthday celebrations and so forth. You’ll find their afternoon tea sets presented in vintage Royal Albert 3-tiered stands or similar.

Holts Cafe at Holt Renfrew

Holts Cafe (737 Dunsmuir St) is the on-site restaurant at Holt Renfrew Vancouver. It’s a go-to spot for shoppers at Holt Renfrew to grab a bite during their time at the store. Aside from  lunch, brunch, and drinks, they offer afternoon tea by reservation.

I enjoy the upscale salon feel of the space with grey and white interiors, plush seating and low tables. The service was good on my list visit and I thought the items they offered for the afternoon tea were contemporary and elevated.
