The owners of Archer previously owned and operated the popular brunch spot in Vancouver, 6 Degrees Eatery, in Coal Harbour. So if you missed 6 Degrees and all their deliciousness, you need to head to Archer for their brunch menu.
We enjoyed a tasty brunch at Archer and tried the following:
Cereal Milk French Toast featuring a brioche toast with cereal milk custard and a frosted flakes crumble. The frosted flakes crumble were a delicious topping and this dish definitely had cereal milk flavours. Enjoy this as your entree or as a dessert!
Fish Benny featuring smoke sablefish, pea shoots, poached eggs, hollandaise on house made English muffins and served with classic hash browns. We loved the Fish Benny concept which is very Pacific North West!
Fried Chicken Sandwich featuring Katsu chicken, chiffonade iceberg, house pickles, kewpie and house fries. A tasty dish for fried chicken lovers. The chicken patty is pretty thick and sizeable.
