As technology continues to advance, we are seeing more and more industries embracing the use of robotics, and the coffee industry is no exception.
Artly is a company that has developed robot baristas which are revolutionizing the way we think and consume coffee, blending the art of coffee making with cutting-edge robotics technology.
Artly’s robot baristas are not your average coffee machine.

They are fully automated and programmed to replicate the complex movements of a human barista.
The robot can grind the coffee beans, froth the milk, and even pour latte art.
These robots are designed to make coffee just like a human would, but with even greater precision and consistency.

They use a combination of sensors, cameras, and AI algorithms to create the perfect cup of coffee every time.

Artly’s robot baristas are designed to be efficient and consistent; they are programmed to make the same quality of coffee every time.

This means that customers can expect the same taste and quality every time they visit one of Artly’s retail locations.
You place your order via the Artly app or using a tablet at their retail location.

They also have a screen that shows your position in the queue and the wait time.

On the menu are espresso-based drinks such as Americano; Latte; Cappuccino; Mocha; Vanilla Latte and more. They also offer Hot Chocolate; Matcha Latte; Chain Latte; and Hot Yuzu. They offer hot and cold drinks with ice.
I visited their location inside the MUJI store in Portland. The ordering and payment process was easy and the coffee was delivered to me in under 5 minutes. It was fun to watch the robotic arm prepare the coffee. It was a bit slower than I would have imagined but still OK. The regular Latte was delicious but the Dirty Matcha Latte overflowed (shown in the Youtube video below). All in all, a good experience and I would recommend it.
