We tried out some offerings from The Goat Mafia stand at Smorgasbord LA.
They offer a unique Birria Quesataco which features a fresh made tortilla with a cheesy crust; topped with slow braised goat meat; special Birria salsa and Beer pickled onions.
We got the Trio Sampler which had one Birria Taco; one Pibl Taco and one Chivadilla. The Chivadilla was super interesting because it was meat-free and featured beets and goat cheese as a filling. Delicious!

All the tacos were flavorful and had a good amount of ingredients incorporated. I would recommend giving them a try!
