Soro Soro Portland: Korean Coffee & Dessert Shop [Review]

Soro Soro Coffee & Dessert is a cute, Korean cafe in Portland serving adorable, character-themed desserts alongside coffee and tea beverages.

On the dessert menu are croffles (a pastry that is like a croissant x waffle and filled with cream); cheesecakes; tiramisu, and more with cute animal designs. For beverages, they offer espresso-based drinks (like lattes, mochas, and so forth), teas and hot chocolates.

We got the bright and colorful rainbow cake; Earl Grey chocolate with a bear design; cheesecake with a cat design; a strawberry croffle and a matcha latte.

The cakes were moist, tasty and pretty good in general. My favourite was rainbow cake. The croffle was also delicious with a light strawberry cream and a waffle that was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside.

The shop also doubles as a gift shop with many character-themed items.
