Santacafe will serve a three-course prix fixe meal with choices of appetizer, entrée and dessert, including Thanksgiving favourites. The prepaid price is $120 per person and includes food, tax and gratuity.
Coyote Cafe will offer a three-course prix fixe dinner with several appetizer, entrée and dessert options. The prepaid price is $120 per person and includes dinner, tax and gratuity.
Restaurant Martin will serve a $130 prix fixe menu with choices at every course. Dietary modifications will be available.
315 Restaurant & Wine Bar will serve a three-course prix fixe dinner with turkey, steak, seafood, pasta and vegetarian choices.

El Nido will offer a three-course prix fixe menu from Chef Ziggy.

Zacatlán will serve a three-course prix fixe menu created by Chef Eduardo Rodriguez for $100 per person.
TerraCotta Wine Bistro will offer a three-course prix fixe menu from Chef Jose Rodriguez for $90 per person.
Escondido will host a four-course Thanksgiving brunch from 11 AM to 3 PM. Chef Ruiz’s $125 prix fixe menu will combine seasonal ingredients with Mexican-inspired cooking.
Red Sage Restaurant at Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder will offer a Thanksgiving meal with traditional holiday dishes and desserts for $52 per person.
