Chipotle is bringing Smoked Brisket back to restaurants across Canada on November 5, 2026, for a limited time. The returning protein can be ordered in burritos, bowls, tacos and salads, with a delivery promotion running through November 18.

The preparation starts with beef that meets the company’s Responsibly Raised animal welfare and quality standards. Smoked serrano and chipotle chili peppers season the meat before it is smoked over mesquite wood for hours.
Restaurant teams then sear the brisket on the plancha, finish it with spices and toss it in a smoky, tangy chili sauce. The meat is hand-chopped in small batches throughout the day. Chipotle describes the result as tender, with a beefy, smoky flavour and some heat.
For diners looking for an order suggestion, senior vice president of culinary Nevielle Panthaky recommends a burrito bowl with white rice and pinto beans as the base. Fresh tomato salsa and a light portion of tomatillo-red chili salsa accompany the brisket, while cheese and Queso Blanco bring a creamy finish. According to the company, this combination provides 45 grams of protein and 11 grams of fibre.
The Canadian return also includes $0 delivery fees on qualifying orders placed through the Chipotle app or the Canadian ordering website from November 5 to 18. Orders must include a Smoked Brisket entrée and meet a minimum purchase of $12 CAD before taxes and fees.
Higher menu prices apply to delivery, and service fees and other charges may still apply. The offer is available within delivery areas at participating restaurants during normal operating hours, subject to availability. Third-party delivery platforms, catering and Burritos by the Box orders are excluded. Rewards and promotional discounts do not count towards the minimum purchase requirement.
