Fall Menus at Braidwood Tavern and SIDECUT

Braidwood Tavern and SIDECUT Steakhouse will each serve a fall prix fixe menu from September 14 to November 15.

Braidwood Tavern’s menu will draw from familiar mountain cooking and ingredients from the region. SIDECUT will take a steakhouse approach, using products from British Columbia farms and the coast.

Braidwood Tavern will run Oysters & Wine daily from 4 to 6 pm. Coastal oysters and select wines will be offered at 50 per cent off during those hours.

Guests can visit SIDECUT on Wednesdays for Wine Wednesday, with 50 per cent off select bottles priced under $300. Complimentary valet parking is available with a reservation at either restaurant.

Seasonal Treatments at the Spa

The Spa at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler has several treatments planned for the cooler months.

The Salish Salt Stone Massage uses warm, mineral-rich salt stones to help release muscle tension.

Wild rose, yarrow and other botanical ingredients are used in the Mountain Path Pedicure, a treatment influenced by plants found around the mountain landscape.

The Elemental Gold Repair Facial features colloidal gold, vitamins and moisturizing ingredients intended to support hydration and skin renewal.

A spa visit can include time at the heated outdoor pool, hot spring-style whirlpools and cedar barrel sauna.

Painting Classes with Whistler Artist Andrea Mueller

Whistler artist Andrea Mueller will lead Paint & Sip classes at the resort. Her work often features mountain scenery and wildlife in strong colours.

Guests will receive instruction as they create their own Whistler landscape. Previous painting experience is not required.

Private sessions with Mueller can be arranged for Private Residence guests. These classes are available to individuals, families and small groups.

Tastings, Workshops and Outdoor Activities

Food and drink programming will continue with Sea to Sky Beer Tastings and SIDECUT Steak Rub Workshops. The beer tastings will introduce guests to breweries from the Sea to Sky region. The steak workshops will cover seasonings and preparation methods.

Guests can make a body scrub during Spa Scrub Workshops. Daily wine receptions, fitness classes and complimentary e-bike access are part of the schedule too.

Programming with the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre will introduce guests to the cultures and histories of the Squamish Nation and Lil’wat Nation.

Activities for Children

Younger guests can join the Whistler Cubs program for guided games, crafts and activities connected to nature.

The complete resort schedule will change throughout the season. Guests may want to confirm dates and availability before arriving, particularly for classes and workshops with limited space.

Experience More Offer

Guests planning a fall visit can book the resort’s Experience More offer, which requires a minimum stay of two nights.

A guest room reservation comes with a $130 CDN spending credit per stay. The credit increases to $325 CDN for a suite and $650 CDN for a residence rental.

Suite and residence guests receive daily breakfast at Braidwood Tavern. Credits must be used during the same stay and apply only to eligible charges at the property. They cannot be used for the room rate, retail purchases, taxes, fees, service charges or services provided by third parties.
