Starbucks Canada has released their fall menu for 2026, bringing back the Pumpkin Spice Latte alongside six new seasonal drinks, Canadian-made mini pies and the Hedgehog Cake Pop.

The seasonal menu is now available at participating Starbucks coffeehouses across Canada for a limited time. This year’s selection moves beyond the familiar pumpkin and pecan flavours with banana bread-inspired drinks and a chai beverage designed to taste like cider.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Returns to Starbucks Canada
The Pumpkin Spice Latte is back in hot, iced and blended versions. The drink combines espresso and steamed milk with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove flavours. Whipped cream and pumpkin spice topping complete the hot and iced versions.
Returning pumpkin drinks include the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, made with vanilla-flavoured cold brew and pumpkin cream cold foam, and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, which combines spiced chai, milk and pumpkin cream cold foam.
Three new pumpkin drinks give customers more ways to order the seasonal flavour.
The Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso is made with Starbucks Blonde Espresso, brown sugar syrup and cinnamon shaken over ice. Oat beverage and pumpkin cream cold foam give the drink a creamy finish.
The Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha combines iced matcha with pumpkin cream cold foam. It brings the earthy flavour of matcha together with the sweetness and spice of pumpkin.
Customers looking for a hot tea-based option can order the Pumpkin Spice Chai. Black tea infused with cinnamon and warming spices is combined with steamed milk and pumpkin sauce, then finished with pumpkin spice topping.
Banana Bread Drinks Join the Fall Menu
Banana is part of the Starbucks fall menu through two drinks inspired by banana bread.

The Banana Bread Latte combines Starbucks Blonde Espresso with banana syrup, brown sugar syrup and milk. The hot version is served without cold foam. The iced version comes with brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping.
The Iced Banana Bread Chai mixes spiced chai with banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping. This drink does not contain espresso and offers a tea-based take on the banana bread flavour.
Starbucks Introduces the Iced Chaider
The Iced Chaider is one of the more unique additions to the 2026 fall menu. Starbucks chai is mixed with strawberry acai flavours to create a crisp drink with a cider-like taste.
The drink takes a different direction from the creamy pumpkin and banana beverages on the menu. Chai spices provide the fall connection, with strawberry acai bringing a brighter fruit flavour.
Pecan Drinks Return for Fall
Pecan beverages are back on the Starbucks Canada fall menu this season.

The Pecan Cortado combines Starbucks Blonde Espresso, pecan flavour and steamed whole milk. The smaller format gives the drink a stronger espresso presence than a standard latte.
The Pecan Crunch Latte and Iced Pecan Crunch Latte feature espresso with pecan flavour, brown-buttery notes and baking spices. Customers can choose between the hot and iced versions depending on the weather.
New Mini Pies Made in Canada
The bakery case includes three new mini pies made in Canada. Canada is the first Starbucks market to offer them.

The Mini Apple Crumble Pie has a Northern Spy apple filling topped with real butter and toasted oats. The individual format makes it easy to have with coffee without ordering a full dessert.
The Mini Pecan Pie contains a buttery caramelized filling topped with whole pecans.
The Mini Pumpkin Pie is made with pumpkin purée and spices, offering another way to get the season’s central flavour without ordering a pumpkin drink.
Returning bakery items include the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Fox Sugar Cookie.
The new Hedgehog Cake Pop is made with vanilla cake and buttercream. Chocolate icing and chocolate sprinkles create the hedgehog design.
PSL Society Merchandise
Starbucks has released a PSL Society merchandise collection for the fall season. The collection includes seasonal drinkware and a hat inspired by Pumpkin Spice Latte fans.
