Valentine’s Day San Diego 2025: Restaurant Offerings

This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.

Tocaya is giving Tocaya Rewards members a free dessert with any $15 purchase on February 14. Options include seasonal fruit with lime and tajin, churro bites with coconut caramel sauce, and horchata or Mexican chocolate cookies.

Tender Greens is offering a free Flourless Chocolate Lava Cake with the purchase of any entrée on February 14. Made with Cordillera 70% Dark Chocolate and served with vanilla ice cream, this dessert is available for one day only at all locations.

Bronze Bird is offering a three-course Valentine’s dinner with a bubbly toast for two on February 14 and 15 from 5 PM to 10 PM for $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Menu highlights include Beet Cured Salmon Crostini with Caviar and Citrus Crème Fraîche, Beef Tenderloin with Cabernet Reduction and Herbed Orzo, Fig Stuffed Quail with Pearl Couscous, and Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. Parking validation is available at Westin Gaslamp valet. Guests can extend the evening with the “Sweethearts in the City” package at The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, which includes an overnight stay. Details and booking are available here.

Union Kitchen & Tap Gaslamp presents a three-course prix-fixe menu for $120 per couple, featuring Oysters Rockefeller or Quail Lollipops to start, followed by a choice of Black Cod, Beef Cheek, or Jerked Confit Duck Legs, ending with Buttercake and strawberry cheesecake gelato. Optional wine pairings are available. Reservations can be made by calling (619) 795-9463 or online here.

Moe’s offers à la carte Valentine’s Day specials, including Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Smoked Maine Lobster, and heart-shaped chocolate mousse. The experience includes a “A Dozen Roses” Martini, roses at every table, handwritten Valentine’s cards, and a complimentary Champagne toast.

PB AleHouse hosts a beer and dessert pairing on the rooftop from 4 PM – 12 AM for $30 per person. Pairings include Sunsetter Sour Wheat Ale with Cheesecake and Fruit Compote, 858 American Blonde with Lemon Tart, Rockfish Rojo Red Ale with Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels, and Down to Hop IPA with Carrot Cake.

Union Kitchen & Tap Encinitas features a coastal-inspired entrée for two with Skillet-Charred Alaskan Halibut and Chili-Seared Scallops, served with southern creamed corn, crispy potato strings, and chili oil for $79.95. Chocolate and Orange Blossom Crème Brûlée is available for $11.95.
