District Taco has announced an impressive year of expansion, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. The fast-casual Mexican restaurant, celebrated for its authentic Yucatán-inspired cuisine, opened new locations in Norfolk, VA, and two New Jersey cities: Wayne and Clark. Plans for 2025 include additional openings in the Northeast and Florida.

This year saw the launch of Churritos as a new dessert, the introduction of the value-packed Fiesta Box Meal Deal, and an enhanced focus on their All-Day Breakfast offering. In line with their sustainability goals, District Taco partnered with Flybuy to launch “Pickup for the Planet,” a program incentivizing eco-friendly choices. The initiative supports the brand’s mission to plant 1 million trees, leveraging technology to minimize food waste and reduce emissions from car idling.
District Taco earned accolades as Minority-Owned Business of the Year and saw its Co-Founder and CEO Osiris Hoil recognized as an Outstanding American by Choice for his contributions to business and community.
