Your Coffee Recipe Needs a Spring Refresh

For most, the arrival of Spring means a transfer from the warm and cozy aesthetic to all things light and refreshing. With De’Longhi’s Canadian barista partner, Simon-Pierre Caron, your coffee can also get Spring-ready with the creation of his one-of-a-kind Iced Vanilla Yuzu Latte.

A quick introduction to Yuzu: Yuzu is a small, yellow citrus fruit, popular in Japanese and Korean cuisines. It’s aromatic, with flavor notes similar to those of mandarin oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits. While the rind is bitter, it can be zested like other citrus fruits.
