Breakfast Martini from Sweet Liberty
- 1.5 oz The Botanist Gin
- .75 oz Cointreau
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 large barspoon of orange marmalade
Directions: Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with an Orange Twist.

Detox Retox by Catch Hospitality Group
- 2 oz Silver Tequila
- 1 oz cucumber juice
- .75 oz mint syrup
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .5 bar spoon of matcha powder
Directions: Combine all ingredients in shaker tins, shake and strain into a milk bottle. Top with crushed ice, and garnish with a cucumber slice.

Spicy Bloody Maria by Ghost Tequila
- 2 oz Ghost Tequila
- 4 oz Tomato Juice
- .5 oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- .5 tbsp Prepared Horseradish, to taste
- 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashed Hot Sauce
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Garnish: Lime wedge, lemon wedge, celery spear, olives, tajin rim
Directions: Add the tequila, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt and black pepper to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into ice-filled, Tajín salt rim glass. Garnish with lime wedge, lemon wedge, celery spear, olives.

- 2 oz E11EVEN Vodka
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coco Lopez
- 1 oz Strawberry Puree
- .5 oz lime juice
- 1 scoop of ice
Directions: Build all ingredients in tin and strain into ice-filled wine glass. Add one scoop of strawberry ice cream (optional) and garnish with coconut flakes and dehydrated strawberries.

Suco di Zenzero “Ginger Juice” byVitolo
- 1.5 oz Johnny Walker Black
- .5 oz Turmeric Ginger Syrup
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- .25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- Float .25 oz Islay Scotch on top
Directions: Add Ingredients into tin shaker except Islay Scotch. Shake well together. Strain into rocks glass, top with ice. Float .25 oz Islay Scotch on top.
