Redbird
Redbird is offering Easter Day brunch in the Main Dining Room and Lounge on Sunday March 31st with a special prix fixe menu from Chef | Owner Neal Fraser and team. Bar Director Tobin Shea will offer up Redbird classic brunch cocktails. Menu highlights include Strawberry Tartine with harry’s berries, lavender goat cheese, fennel pollen, hazelnut and spiced honey, Sausage Roll with rabbit merguez, honey mustard and dandelion greens and Lobster Cavatelli with chanterelles, pea tendrils, truffle butter and Reggiano.
CIRCA 55
This Easter, enjoy an all-day culinary celebration at CIRCA 55, beginning with a breakfast buffet at 11:00 am with classic mainstays including Eggs Benedict, smoked bacon and more. For lunch, enjoy a vibrant selection of fresh salads, seafood, and a hot station serving up comforting delicacies like Smoked Chicken Thighs, Casserole, Seasonal Veggies and more. Pastry chef Thomas Henzi will be showcasing his selection of Swiss & French confectionery, Swiss and Viennese cakes, and pastries. March 31, 2024 from 11:00AM – 4:00 PM ($145 per person, $55 children).

Culina is hosting an Easter brunch buffet on March 31. Priced at $250 per person.
Parker’s Lighthouse
Parker’s Lighthouse in Long Beach, CA, is hosting its annual Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 31, from 10 am to 3 pm. The buffet will feature all the traditional breakfast favorites, a chilled seafood and sushi display, carving stations, a mac & cheese station and an omelet station. Brunch will include complimentary champagne, mimosas, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea and soft drinks. Prices are $89 for Adults and $30 for Children 5-12. Noble Bird Rotisserie at 2ND & PCH
Noble Bird Rotisserie at 2ND & PCH in Long Beach, CA, is hosting an Easter Wonderland Tea Party on Saturday, March 16, from 9 am to 10 am. Meet special tea party-themed characters and the arrival of the Easter Bunny.
