Valentine’s Day San Francisco 2024 Restaurant & Hotel Offerings
This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.
Fog Harbor
Located on Pier 39, Fog Harbor offers intimate, candlelit tables with unrivaled waterfront views of the San Francisco Bay, alongside delectable, seafood-forward dishes.

Sons & Daughers
The cozy, intimate 16-seat Michelin-starred restaurant in Nob Hill offers an 18-serving tasting menu inspired by new Nordic flavors and is anchored in classic techniques and the seasonality of Northern California. Sons & Daughters is focused on sustainability by working directly with local growers, farmers and purveyors, minimizing food waste by using every part of the product and composting, and implementing mixed recycling – all to reduce the restaurant’s environmental footprint. 2023 MICHELIN Guide California “Young Chef” award-winning Executive Chef Harrison Cheney’s Valentine’s Day tasting menu will include a supplemental course of Caviar d’Aquitaine Perlita with leeks and buttermilk, and a glass of Champagne in the experience on Wednesday, February 14th. Beverage pairings feature selections from mountainous wine-producing regions, beer, cider, and sake ($165) curated by new Beverage Director David Kolvek, and a non-alcoholic beverage pairing ($115) that are thoughtfully created by the culinary team to accompany the menu. Foliage
Foliage‘s Valentine’s Day four-course menu options ($75) are the Arctic Char Crudo or Brokaw Avocado with cherimoya, banana, macadamia, and kohlrabi. Following, guests have the choice of Cavatelli with Arrowhead cabbage, sage, and walnuts (add Dungeness Crab for $15) or Shrimp Toast with white sturgeon royal, soft herbs, and Szechuan aioli. Entrees include Roasted Cauliflower with vadouvan creme, currant relish, and pickled fungi; Local Black Cod with rutabaga, charred leeks, fava greens, and garum; or Sonoma Duck Breast with mole, chayote, citrus, and dark chocolate jus. Dessert options feature a decadent Chocolate Cake with butterscotch ganache and gold leaf or White Chocolate Budino with huckleberries, peanuts, and sesame. Guests may add on Butter Service: salted & spiced, with jamon and chorizo spread ($17) and Uni with dauphinoise, leek soubise, cashews, and cascabel chiles ($18).
SingleThread
For folks who would want the ultimate date night (and are willing to get themselves to Healdsburg), dining at three-Michelin starred SingleThread might be a great splurge idea. Kyle and Katina Connaughton have been high school sweethearts since they first locked eyes at a punk rock concert. They understand that February is a special month to celebrate love. This year, they are offering a Valentine’s dinner special the entire week so there doesn’t have to be a mad scramble on the day itself.
SingleThread’s Valentine’s celebration experience and special menu will be available from Saturday, February 10 – Saturday, February 17. Bouquets and flower-crowns designed by Katina and our dedicated floral team are available enhancements for you and your Valentine. Concluding the experience, guests will part ways with handcrafted pastry treats created by Chef Emma Horowitz and team. Each menu may be adjusted to meet dietary preferences and restrictions with advance notice. The limited seating 10-course tasting menu price per-person is $495, with the addition of applicable taxes and gratuity.
Eight Tables
Eight Tables is offering a special Valentine’s Day Menu with a complimentary glass of Champagne. Priced at $295 per person.
Lord Stanley
Visit Lord Stanley for an evening of romance with fantastic food and delicious wines. Their 6-course celebratory menu begins at $175 per person.
Dandelion Chocolate
Dandelion Chocolate’s Valentine’s Day experience is just as delicious as it is intimate. A perfectly indulgent evening of dessert, chocolate, and good conversation. Join us as we demonstrate the making of churros from scratch. They will then take you back into our Experience space to decorate your own chocolate bar to take home.
This experience includes:
- Flight of chocolate desserts to enjoy from Dandelion
- Pastry demonstration by Pastry Chef, Stephen Durfee
- Make Your Own Chocolate Bar activity (from tempered chocolate to solid bar, choose from chef’s selected toppings and inclusions)
Bubbly and gifts are offered for an additional cost.

For Valentine, Maison Alyzee’s Pastry Executive Chef prepared two original Limited Edition desserts.

Salt & Stone
Salt & Stone (Kenwood) is hosting a special 3-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu. Priced from $45 to $90 based on choices.
St. Michael’s Alley
St. Michael’s Alley (Palo Alto) is offering a fabulous Valentine’s Day dinner. The 4-course prix-fixe menu is priced at $140 per person.
Birch & Rye
Birch & Rye is hosting a prix-fixe Valentine’s Day dinner menu priced at $175 per person.
Saucy
Saucy (Oakland) is serving a 5-course menu for Valentine’s Day dinner. The experience is priced at $100 and the reservation deposit is priced at $10.
Villon
Join them to celebrate Valentine’s Day at Villon! We will offer a five course tasting menu for $195 per person and optional wine pairing for $75 per person. Executive Chef Jason Fox and team have created an elevated tasting menu composed of luxurious ingredients. A $20 deposit per person will be taken at the time of the booking and the deposit will be applied to the final bill. Please note prices exclude taxes, fees, and gratuity.
Sens Restaurant
Sens Restaurant is offering a 3-course prix-fixe menu for Valentine’s Day. The experience is priced at $98 per person. There is a $50 deposit required at the time of booking. Cancellations can be made 48hrs in advance for a full refund. Prix fixe pricing does not include taxes, SF mandate and 20% gratuity.
Limewood Bar & Restaurant
Treat your sweetheart to a decadent six-course Valentine’s Dinner at Limewood featuring dishes like Truffle Cauliflower Bisque and Akaushi American-Wagyu Filet. Priced at $250 per person.
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley
Celebrate Valentine’s Day in style at Quattro Restaurant and Bar, located within the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. Dinner includes a champagne-based cocktail as a welcome drink, roses, photo souvenir and bon bons at the end of the experience.
