Pablo Cheese Tart is a Japanese-founded brand that is known for their heavenly combination of a crisp, buttery crust and a velvety, rich cheese filling.

Pablo Cheese Tarts was founded in Osaka, Japan by Masamitsu Sakimoto, the mastermind behind the brand. The name “Pablo” was inspired by the renowned 20th artist Pablo Picasso, symbolizing the artistic craftsmanship that goes into creating each tart.

At the heart of every Pablo Cheese Tart is its signature crust – a delicate balance of buttery goodness and a hint of sweetness. The crust is meticulously baked to perfection, achieving a golden-brown exterior that crumbles with every bite.
Following that is the cheese filling which is a secret blend of high-quality cheeses that creates a luscious, creamy centre that oozes with flavour.
The filling texture is velvety smooth, providing a melt-in-your-mouth sensation. The cheese filling strikes the ideal balance between sweetness and the distinctive tanginess of premium cheeses.
Pablo Cheese Tarts come in various sizes and flavors, catering to different preferences. You’ll find the classic original flavor to matcha-infused delights and seasonal variations. You’ll find full-size tarts to mini tarts and even a Basque cheesecake option.

We were gifted from our friends at Pablo Cheese Tart a set of 6 of their mini tarts which included Pistachio, Crème Brulee, White Chocolate Raspberry Mini, Strawberry Daifuku, Chestnut and Ube.

Also available for a limited time is the Pearl Milk Tea Cheese Tart featuring tapioca pearls inside.

Did you know they offer dessert drinks as well? We tried their Matcha Oreo Brulee.
They also offer their own brand of nama chocolates which make for a great gift.

Their bright, clean and cozy location in Vancouver makes for a great spot to meet with a friend for treats.
