Toro and Tamayo by Chef Richard Sandoval

At Chef Richard Sandoval’s Denver-based restaurants, Toro in Cherry Creek and Tamayo on Larimer Square, guests can enjoy the caramelized pumpkin crema ($16) now through November 5.

As a final touch, a scoop of cinnamon ice cream adds a hint of spice to the indulgent dish.

To elevate the dish to perfection, both Toro and Tamayo have paired it with a tequila café foam.

The subtle warmth of the tequila intertwines with the flavors of pumpkin, enhancing the dessert’s sweetness and creating an irresistible treat tailored for the pumpkin season.

The caramelized pumpkin crema is available exclusively off of Toro and Tamayo’s Dia de los Muertos specialty menu now until November 5.

Reservations can be made online at www.torodenver.com and www.eattamayo.com.
