We visited Dr.ink in San Jose CA – a minimalist spot in Downtown San Jose CA serving coffee, tea and soft serve. They are located just by San Pedro Square.
The interior of the shop is clean, modern, and has an industrial vibe, making it an aesthetic spot to catch up with friends over a drink.
We went in just for their soft serve which came in Coffee and Coconut flavours in black waffle cones.
The soft serves were smooth and creamy but the coconut one tasted a bit too artificial.
The staff were friendly!
