Like just about everything in the world right now, the prices of bubble tea has gone up. There is still one local bubble tea chain, however, that offers a good value BBT.
I stumbled upon Ninja Bubble Tea at their Rivermarket Westminster Quay express location. This particular location was a small kiosk within the market but they have larger locations in Coquitlam, Surrey and Port Coquitlam.
They offer a tea-based beverages in three sizes: Mini; Regular and a whopping 1 L. Some of the flavour options include Original Milk Tea; Roobios Milk Tea; Passion Fruit Rooibos; Lychee Waikiki Green Tea and so forth.
Also on the menu are snacks like Hot Dogs and Mac & Cheese as well as Slushies, Smoothies and Iced Milk.
We went with the 1 L Original Milk Tea with 3 servings of boba at $0.80 per serving. It came out to be under $10 which is pretty good value. The pearls were reasonable being soft and chewy and the tea flavour was good.
The staff were pretty friendly too. Overall, good experience and good value bubble tea.
