Nourish Spring Series by Cornucopia is on until June 30 celebrating spring menus, cocktails and fresh perspective.
At Friday’s Farm to Table Dinner at The Den at Nita Lake Lodge, we enjoyed a delicious 5-course dinner with wine pairings by Burrowing Owl Winery.


Nestled on the glacier-fed Nita Lake, by the foot of Mt. Sproatt in Whistler, The Den celebrates the wilderness around.

They create seasonal dishes with local farm-to-table products from their rooftop garden, North Arm Farm and Village Farms with a strong emphasis on plant-based alternatives.
The amuse bouche was a Pea and Pancetta Soup followed by a Crispy Lamb Salad with fresh Okanagan Cherries.



The third course was Spot Prawns with Sugar Snap Peas.

Fourth course was Roasted Venison Loin with BC Foraged Mushrooms.

Finishing off was the Farmhouse Cheddar Cheesecake with Pemberton Quince Chutney.
