The Peached Tortilla, a beloved Austin dining staple now in its 13th year of business, will open a fourth brick & mortar location in late 2023.

Located at 1915 East Whitestone Blvd in the new Arrow Point development in Cedar Park, the Peached Tortilla will join other reputable concepts in the development that will be released shortly.
The Peached Tortilla was started by Eric Silverstein as a single food truck operation in 2010 and has since expanded into multiple restaurants and varying concepts, including an Austin-Bergstrom Airport fast-casual outpost, a sister concept Bar Peached on West 6th Street, a catering company, and an event space, Peached Social House.
Over the past 13+ years, Silverstein has infused his cultural background into the food at Peached, blending the influences of his childhood in Asia and his upbringing in Atlanta.
The Cedar Park space will be roughly 2,500 sq. ft. inside with seating for 82, and a large patio outside with seating for 38.
The design will feature the familiar geometric-shaped wall pattern locals will recognize from the original location, natural woods, exposed brick, greenery, and plenty of quirky photography and artwork from local artist
The menu at Cedar Park will use the original location’s menu as a jumping-off point and will include favorites like the Southern Fun made with braised brisket, kale, bean sprouts, and wide rice noodles and the Dan Dan Noodles with five spice pork, chili peanut sauce, cucumbers, and bean sprouts.
However, it will also have some new items on the menu that will make the restaurant unique to Cedar Park.
