The must-try at B Patisserie is the Kouign Amann. A Kouign Amann is similar to a croissant in that it is made by layering butter and dough and then folding, rolling and repeating. However, the Kouign Amann is denser and more caramelized than a croissant because its dough includes sugar. Kouign Amanns are are baked in round tins which shapes them into round pastries versus croissants which have a crescent shape.

We preordered ahead (to avoid the lineup) and got the regular, chocolate and seasonal fruit Kouign Amanns which were amazing. The stuff dreams are made of. The croissant and baguette were also very good.

The downside of ordering online is that you don’t get the full menu of what is available on the day.
