Mollusca has just launched an all-day, everyday brunch with unique dishes showcasing Scrambled Eggs topped with uni and Siberian select caviar; Japanese Pancakes with berry compote and whipped cream; and a Duck Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich, nicknamed the DBLT, with harissa mayo served on a baguette, among others.

Mollusca also serves its signature mussels with 35 unique varieties of mussel sauces, as well as the raw bar menu, both of which are available all day.
Beverage Director Kate Uglova has added a selection of Spritzes including Negroni Aperol, Campari, and Elderflower.

Also available are a Bellini, Mimosa, and Bloody Mary. All of Mollusca’s cocktails pair well with brunch.
Mollusca’s all-day, everyday brunch is served from 11 am to 4 pm.
