Celebrate Canada Day with $10 pasta all day at Trattoria (Kitsilano, Burnaby, and Park Royal) – this applies to all pastas on the menu and will be available on July 1st for dine-in and pick-up.

Jules Bistro

Jules Bistro will be open from 11:30 am to 9:30 am on Canada Day. Enjoy a special cocktail feature for Canada Day – Raspberry Gin Fizz (Gin, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, maple syrup and soda water) for $6.

Fable Diner

Celebrate Canada Day with a Prohibition Brunch at Fable Diner which is available for dining in only from 9 am – 3 pm (5 seatings). Choose from coffee or tea and choice of cocktail or beverage; start with sweet scone with butter and jam; choose an entree; and finish with a house-made dessert for $25 per person.

Also available is a Canada Day picnic feast ($75) with two steaks grilled to perfection, two Main Street Burgers and fries, house salad with baby greens, tomato, radish and two milkshakes, two cans of beer and four cookies. This can be pick-up starting at 3:30 pm until 7 pm on Wednesday, July 1st.

Fable Diner is also celebrating their 4th birthday on July 1st, they will be giving out free birthday sundae coupons with every dine-in and take-out order all day.

The Teahouse

The Teahouse at Stanley Park will be open for brunch on Canada Day starting at 10 am featuring items like Teahouse Omelet with spinach, tomatoes, feta, potatoes, and Stanley Park Fish and Chips with beer battered ling cod, coleslaw and house-made tartar sauce.

Sandbar

Explore Granville Island on Canada Day and enjoy a nice brunch at The Sandbar starting at 11:30 am. Start with brunch cocktail and enjoy a brunch classic like their traditional eggs benedict with wood-grilled Canadian back bacon, house-made buttermilk biscuit, hollandaise sauce and seasonal fruit. 

Hy’s

To celebrate Canada’s birthday, Hy’s bar team has created a special cocktail: Open Nation!

  • 1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom vodka
  • 0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 1.0 oz apple juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz cane or simple syrup
  • 5 fresh strawberries (3 muddled – 2 whole for garnish)
  • Top with Sparkling Wine

Gotham’s

Gotham’s is offering a Canada Day cocktail called Summer Social.

  • 2.0 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 1.0 oz lemon juice
  • 1.0 oz rhubarb syrup
  • 3 fresh strawberries
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • Top with soda water
