After a long wait the season for fresh B.C. Spot Prawn has finally opened. These prawns won’t be around for long as the season lasts around 6 weeks to finish the quota.⁣ ⁣ Some of our favourite ways to cook the prawns are grilling or sauteing in a pan with butter, garlic, herbs and a little citrus. We hope you can enjoy these with all your loved ones ?
