Selena: The Series (Part 1) is now available on Netflix. It was released Friday, December 4, 2020.

What is Selena: The Series about?
The show features Selena’s rise to fame as she and her family make sacrifices in order to achieve their lifelong dreams.
Known as the Queen of Tejano music, Selena Quintilla was a huge star throughout the ’80s and ’90s before she was tragically murdered at age 23 in 1995.
Her legacy has lived on through her music, and Neflix hopes to show a new generation the life of the star through the first series about her life.
The series is set to follow the full life of Selena from Childhood all the way to when she was sadly murdered by Yolanda Saldívar – the woman who claimed she was her biggest fan and founded her fan club.
