persiMon Taste, Flavour & Appearance
It’s rich, tangy and sweet, with a silky texture on the inside, reminding people of a combination of a roasted sweet pepper and a mango with a touch of cinnamon.
On the outside, it is firm and naturally ripened. The fruit is beautifully bright orange and has a distinctive star. Freckles are a sign of extra sweetness!

Available from November to January, persiMon is seedless and ready to eat when you buy it, no ripening needed.
