Some of the pastries also have some Japanese influences as Chef Stephen received training in Japan so you’ll the pastries satisfying not but overly sweet.
All the items I tried were very good: the Raspberry Chiffon Roll Cake, Limoncello Raspberry mouse cake and Dulce de Leche Mille Feuille.
The Dulce de Leche Mille Feuille was amazing – seriously, so good with light as air puff pastry and dulce de leche filling.
You’ll find Ouest Artisan Patisserie Tofino located in the shipping container marketplace where local food vendors operated out of retrofitted shipping containers. Located at the very end of Campbell street.
If you’re up for some fried chicken sandwiches, check out their neighbour Chirpz Chicken.
