The iconic Fairmont Banff Springs in the Canadian Rockies has launched a new private outdoor dining experience: the 360° Dome.
Located on the picturesque Upper Garden Terrace, the 360° Dome is surrounded by panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies and the 132-year-old Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.
The décor in the 360° Dome’s interior is designed by Cory Christopher and features a rustic-theme with winter touches.
Fairmont Banff Springs Dome Dining Experiences
Available year-round, the Fairmont Banff Springs Dome Dining venue offers three dining experiences including brunch, après, and dinner.
The luxurious venue is reservable for a variety of experiences ranging from an extravagant family-style brunch in the morning, an intimate Grapes Wine & Charcuterie experience in the afternoon, or a five-course gourmet menu in the evening.
Executive Chef Robert Ash’s family-style brunch includes make-your-own mimosa ingredients and breakfast favourites such as eggs benedict and buttermilk pancakes for $125 per person.
The Grapes Wine & Charcuterie experience features housemade preserves and cured meats paired with locally-sourced cheese and Canadian wine for $125 per person.
The indulgent five-course dinner features locally-inspired flavours and ingredients, including the Brant Lake Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and the Long Bone Bison Short Rib, for $200 per person. Book 48 hours in advance.
Guests dining in the cozy venue can sip on Rundle Bar’s hand-crafted cocktails while enjoying their perfectly intimate dining experience.
The well-appointed outdoor dining venue can accommodate 2-6 guests and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.
