Fright Nights 2017 at PNE/Playland
October 6, 2017 - October 31, 2017
Are you ready to be frightened? Fright Nights 2017, British Columbia’s most terrifying adult-themed Halloween event, is back to haunt Playland on select nights from October 6 through October 31. With a new haunted house, The Bloodshed, that promises to be the goriest yet, live shows, and five extra rides, visitors can begin counting down the days until Halloween!
Canada’s most extreme pendulum ride, The Beast, will be returning this Halloween alongside favourites like Pirate Ship, Hell’s Gate and Atmosfear, and guests can experience a whole new level of terror in the new haunted house, The Bloodshed. The dilapidated Bloodshed cabin is home to a family of ruthless mutant murders, and promises to be the goriest haunted attraction at this year’s Fright Nights. For those looking for a paranormal experience, Haunted Mansion is geared to terrify even the bravest souls, and guests can attempt to overcome their fear of clowns in Car-N-Evil haunted house, and face their deepest terrors in Darkness. Favourite haunted houses, The Asylum, Fear, Hollywood Horrors, and Keepers Doll Factory are also back.
Not for the faint-of-heart, returning favourites and Guinness World Record holders Monsters of Schlock will be terrifying guests with three nightly shows from October 13 to 31. Guests can expect to be horrified with shows that feature meat hooks, and other cringe worthy entertainment. Playland’s favourite freak, Singe the Clown, is also back and up to his usual creepy antics. Featuring torture devices, rides and a park full of murderous ghouls, Fright Nights 2017 is bloodier and spookier than ever and is the perfect event for every Halloween lover.
