Ahoy, mateys! Get ready for your next White Spot experience to be more digital. White Spot has launched the first 3D augmented reality kids program by a Canadian restaurant chain. This new program called The Cluckaneers officially launched on BC’s Family Day. The Cluckaneers showcases White Spot’s ability to innovate and stay current in the digital age. Featured is a new cast of pirate-themed characters, interactive games and a revamped Pirate Pak.
Bravely captained by the outlaw Beak Rogers, the Pirate Pak provides entertainment in restaurants, at home or on the go, and will be automatically updated with the latest seaworthy adventures and activities. By downloading the free White Spot Kids app on IOS or Android devices at whitespot.com/kids or the app store, kids can play games, make music, read stories, watch videos, travel the province and interact with the characters.
The treasure map and Pirate Pak come to life with 3D digital markers, and the games don’t require internet access once the app has been downloaded. A printable version of the interactive map can also be downloaded from the White Spot website.

The Pirate Pak ‘WS Legendary’ is getting its first major refresh since it was created by our White Spot founder Nat Bailey in 1968. More than 25 million Pirate Paks have been sold since then when Bailey wanted to provide a unique dining experience for kids.
