One of my fun eats from the summer was a Rainbow Layer Cake from Tartine Bakery on Davie in Vancouver. This cake was created to celebrate Vancouver Pride 2017. It had 6 layers (purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red) and sprinkles on top and on the side. It was not overly sweet, light, fluffy and delicious!
Note: None of the cakes in this post were complimentary. All opinions are my own.

Another place that sells Rainbow Cake is Stuart’s on Granville Island. I believe Stuart’s created these for Vancouver Pride but kept them on the regular menu as they had become so popular.
